The Process
Email info@koldoobar.kg or use our contact form. Tell us about your organization and what kind of support you have in mind. We respond within 2 business days.
We schedule a 20–30 minute call to understand your goals and walk you through the coalition structure, contribution options, and what recognition and reporting look like.
We prepare a partnership agreement covering the contribution type, duration, recognition terms, and reporting commitments — ready for use in your annual reports and legal filings.
Once signed, financial contributions are processed through our secure platform. In-kind support is coordinated with the relevant center. Named recognition is activated within one week.
Quarterly impact updates, financial reporting, and a dedicated contact throughout. Partners above 50,000 KGS receive a full expenditure breakdown on request.
Is there a minimum contribution?
No. All sizes welcome. Larger contributions (above 50,000 KGS) receive a full expenditure report on request.
Can we direct funds to a specific center?
Yes. You can support the coalition as a whole or sponsor a specific center. Center sponsorship includes named recognition at that location.
What documentation do we receive?
All partners receive a partnership agreement, quarterly impact reports, and a CSR certificate — ready for annual reports and external communications.
How quickly can we start?
Most partnerships are activated within 1–2 weeks of initial contact.

All documents are issued in English and Russian. Provided regardless of contribution size or type.
Formal bilateral agreement confirming terms, duration, contribution type, and recognition. Signed by both parties. Suitable for regulatory and legal filings.

AnnualFull breakdown of how your contribution was allocated across center, service, and budget line. Provided for donations above 50,000 KGS upon request.

All contributions are tracked and reported in accordance with Kyrgyz Republic nonprofit financial regulations. Full breakdowns available at any time.
Contributions may qualify for tax deduction under applicable law. We recommend consulting your legal or financial advisor for confirmation.
Partner information is held confidentially. Named recognition is only made public with your explicit consent, as outlined in the agreement.
