No shared shelter coordination

Women fleeing violence in one region cannot be safely referred to shelter in another without the coalition. KoldooBar makes cross-region referral possible across six regions.

No access to institutional funding

Individual small centers lack the documentation and governance required for international or government grants. KoldooBar provides the legal framework that makes institutional partnerships viable.

No unified policy voice

Seven centers speaking individually carry far less weight in policy conversations than a formal coalition. KoldooBar enables engagement with government and international bodies.
